William Mour Ley is the Chairperson of CCDI’s Board of Directors. He arrived in the United States in 1981 as a refugee, and he has received an AS in Computer Science and has a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and Management. Mr. Ley is the owner of a chain of bakeries. As a successful businessman, Mr. Ley possesses extensive knowledge of business planning, financial management and budgeting. He is a counselor for the Alameda County Probation Office and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Oakland Cambodian Buddhist Society, the South East Asian Refugee Resettlement and the Khmer Conscience organizations.
